It'd be possible. I mean 505 hp (according to GM, though there has supposedly been dynoed at around 475 or so at the wheels, which would be more then 505 at the flywheel) and what, 3000 lbs, roughly???

Set of slicks, well prepped AND "fast" track, with a good driver...yeah I'd say you might could slip into the 10.90s.

500+ hp is about what all the true race cars have with small blocks, so the power is most definetly there. The Z06 would probably have about a 700 or so more pounds heavier race weight then a normal door car (like mine), so that'd be the difference.
