did you mess with the trans at all? now im no expert but i think that if you beefed up all those internals then you should be fine shifting at 7k. maybe even 7500 - 8k. dont drive like that all the time though, normal driving just shift at like 3k or 4k.

if the different ratio pistons change anything then i have no clue.
