Now is the fun part. Get a bunch of flat head screw drivers, and pry off the lense. After enough heating the seal should be squishy and easily able to pull apart. Since ytou have a 99, all you'd have to do is cover it with a solver piece of antthinyg really. Then, before you put it back together, get some silicone bead it along the rim of the light, therefore, no condensation... IM me if you have any other questions. Bye bye
