Welcome to the Forum!

For # 1, you can find a list of Diagnostic Test Codes from This Page (near the bottom of the list). Those ARE both EVAP issues. It could be anything from a loose gas cap, to some other small leak in the system.

For # 2, I would guess that maybe you have your dimmer wheel (near light switch on the left of the steering column - see below) turned all the way to the right. That would cause the interior lights to stay on all the time. Try moving it back to the left, or in the middle and try again.


I believe there are also switches on each of those lights so they can be switched on by themselves. For the map lights (front), just push up on the lens to switch them on & off. For the other lights, I believe there are switches near them.
