I gaurantee you blew a Head Gasket. Get a Compression tester I got mine for 10 bucks in the automotive department at WalMart. How did your cousin fix the block did he weld the crack or replace the block. If he replaced the block ask him if he milled the head and had it tested for warping prior to reinstalling it. Check your oil Milky or just oil? Check your coolant just coolant or is there oil in there?
