frankly, i'm sure 1/2 the cars on the road have some sort of modification, and could be argued they are in violation of the law. so if we're taking that logic, i could say that everyone in the world has at one time done something, premieditated, that was illegal. the fact of the matter is, that action, however menial and petty, is dubbed "illegal" by the powers that be in that nation. but the realist would see that their trivial action most likely didn't harm them or anyone else...so why bitch about it?

seriously, i don't mean to start any arguement or bring any attitude, i'm just speaking frankly that what you posted was probably the one thing that nobody wants to hear and could care less about. but its a public forum and everyone is entitled to his/her opinion.

peace.

No problem. Linebckr49
My purpose was to just to make people aware of the EPA law and rules and regulations on it that did not know about them.
They were setup under the 1990 EPA clean air air act but as far as I know they are still in affect.
And yes some people do want to hear about them.
But I am not trying to enforce them.
Or saying they are good or bad.
Just making people aware of them.
Yes there is a lot of mods out there some good and some not so good.
But Mods should be chosen with care.
Just hanging on a mod does not always mean more MPH or HP.
