Bypass that POS pulsator on the pump! Use a piece of fuel line! New pumps usually come with a piece of hose to do just that. Believe me, I just went through this & the new pulsator was the culprit to all of my problems! Borrow a feul pressure (or rent) and hook it to the shrader valve.
