here is what I would do.
one of 2 build ups:
B20 motor
B18 head
B16 intake runners
cams/headers/intake/exhaust/nitrous/pulleys

Setup 2:
B18B motor. (DOHC non VTEC)
some turbo kit
cams/pulleys/pistons/rods/retainers/valves/nitrous/boost controller
