You will have to take the black plastic part that it is mounted in out. Its pretty easy to do, 8 screws then pull it loose.
HERE is a write up on my glow gauge install with pictures. The first few will show you where the screws are to pull that part out.
From there I dont know, I didnt look to see what it would take to replace the light in the clock.
