first, tell us the car in mind, then the power, wieght, abilities, acceleration etc...

what you've done is like saying "how much does it cost to make a car fast?"

it depends on what car you start with, what power/torque you want it to make, what acceleration you want (either 0-60 or 0-400m) handling and speed in corners etc...
