Thanks for the tips. Center trunk ground is good, pump ground confirmed good due to my hotwire job would not have worked unless ground was ok (hotwire only applied to B+). I think both relays did operate (driver side did confirm) thus the coil ground would be ok. Wonder about the passenger side one.
