It was totalled, Insurance wouldn't pay out, because of licence conditions being broken, the car was modded, and it was a turbo and something else about under 25 drivers.

Oh are you talking about how if you are under 21, insurance companies aren't allowed to give you insurance if you drive a Turbo-charged car?????
