Yes I was. A 215hp mustang vs a 275hp camaro is not a close race. The mustang has some problems here one obviously having less HP. Two its an auto, and anyone who knows anything about autos especially in that particular year knows they suck big time. And three stock the 302 cannot match the torque of the LT1. So this is not a fair race. Now if the Mustang was a 5spd well it would be a better race. My money would still be on the LT1 but it would still be a better race. The race to watch would be a 93 GT 5spd against this Z28. Because then the mustang would have weight in its favor. Don't get me wrong I don't discout skill, but I have yet seen skill make up for 60hp.
