Hi...unfortunately...I don't have stuff stored for Grand Cherokee...just Cherokee.
But I will move your post to the Grand Cherokee part of the forum and maybe the folks over there will have a diagram.

In the mean time, since you say your fuse is burning out even after you replace it you must have a short circuit. (This term is often misused. It means a wire is touching the ground, usually cut by the sheet metal in the car.)
Like Fred said, start by removing the radio and follow the harness and look for where it might hit the sheet metal and get cut. In some cases, I cut it off at both ends (leaving enough room to splice) and soder and heat shrink a new wire in. YOurs is not that hard since it is the power wire.
