Depending on the options that an SS is equipped with from SLP, an SS can have 325, 335, or 345 hp from the factory. Z28's are rated at 315 maybe, not quite sure cause I've never driven on or asked about it. Besides the exhaust and intake mods that create the differences in horsepower, the other differences are cosmetic (hood, spoiler, ground effect on rear bumper if center mounted exhaust is ordered, grille, etc.). There are several suspension packages available as well. Hope that helps you a little bit.
