Actually my springs are real good...I was looking at them today and the rubber bumper that hits the springs before it bottoms out are about 4" above the springs. I was thinking about getting some Timbren bumpers but I'm sure they wouldn't touch either. Thinking about all of this stuff made me realise that what I need to worry about is the tongue weight of the gooseneck. I checked that out when I bought the trailer but I forget what the number is but I know I'm way under the max.
I'm going to be getting a set of Bilstein shocks but probably not the 5100 series. That seems a little bit to heavy duty for me. The part numbers I need are BE5-2904 and 2905.
