I would never use Auto Meter if my life depended on it... The quality of the guages arevery cheap and no they are not that accurate... I work for MVP Motor Sports and I've have seen and tryed out many guages. Some brands to stay away from is AEM, AutoMeter, and any other cheap crap...
Some of the most respected guage and most accurate is Greddy, Blitz, and Defi.
Defi is well worht the money because ot its unqique "Daisy chain" ability, maes installing guages very cleans and very easy, plus they look very good and are great quality, it has a mother controller that allows you to set warnings, peaks, and record. I overall payed $800... yes very expensive but like said earlier very well worth it. if you would like to see some of the different verities you can go here

But if you dont have the money to spend I would recomend useing Greddy guages they are not too expensive and very good quality guages, I used to own a set my self.
