when you install the act clutch with alignment tool and torque the p.p to the fly wheel does the clutch disc have movement ? you should measure the thickness of the friction surface of the act clutch disc as you said in your post that the fingers on the pp suck in which is normal . are you using a six puck clutch disc ? also what torque spec are you using to torque pp to flywheel ?
