If you wanna be real cheap, do what i did with my old std. Go to Home Depot and buy either 2.5 or 3 inch aluminum dryer tubing, the stuff that stretches like a slinky when you pull to make it longer, and hook one end to your TB and the other to a cone filter, route it behind your battery. I also used some extra tubing and put an inlet behind the grille, next to the radiator to recieve fresh, ambient air. I led this tube behind the battery, same place my cone filter was, so the filter could suck up this air from the front of the car. It was almost like having a short ram and cold air combo.
