The Front Shocks I know need to be replaced as they are factory originals at 94K miles.

At 45mph the truck feels like a tire is out of balance or round (bounces). I took it in yesterday and had all 4 tires balanced and an alignment done. once I did that it didnt improve the ride it made the bounce worse. Any Ideas on what this could be? Truck feels like a bouncing ball. if you tap the bakes it doesnt change it so I think that eleminates the Brake Job that I did...If you speed up it goes away and if you slow down to 40mph it goes away...
i have this same problem about 45 to 60. its not real bad but i can tell its there. i havent had time to dig into it and havent wanted to dump any money on it.
