I don't think they would let you run with the subwoofer and amp. Do you know how rough a rally is on your car and things that are not bolted down? Even in autocross or track days you are required to remove anything loose.

The weight distribution on most Civics is about 60/40 or 61/39. Just put a full tank of gas in (to prevent sloshing and engine starvation) and you should be fine.
