what do you guys think I have with my fwd setup?

I'm going to the track tomorrow, wednesdays they have open track, and im gonna run a couple times and see what happens. my problem is that i cant launch to save my life. Either i bog down too much or I peel out too much, or worse yet I ride the clutch for about 20 feet.

my Tsi is FWD, and I walk on the Camaros (it was on interstate, he just couldn't keep up)... and the Sti I wasn't really walking on... it was a crawl at first, then he started to get away from me a little, but I can hang with him
