Have checked all sensors and will finally be getting a scanner that can monitor PID's tomarrow. But it has felt like the tcc solonoid problem. Also felt like tp, but checks okay along with the other engine controls.
Funny though, I just read a post that said jeffco and someone else had gone around a sharp corner and then lost downshift, just wound it up real high like a slip. Let off a while and it will cetch. Well this has just recently happened to me as well. But it didn't give a light, nor any codes. Shouldn't a slip give a code?
So any ideas? I will be checking with a scanner likely Tuesday. Thanks for the help. Roan.

Some trans related codes will not display without a trans function scanner plugged in, this will access slippage/solenoid/trans codes, a regular scanner cannot do this. At full throttle some late model cars/trucks cut back the timing just as the trans shifts to save wear on the units, I have not researched whether your pcm is programmed to to this.
