Probably the Dome Sensor switch in one of your doors. My Passenger side door wouldn't let the lights come on in the truck. Turned out the Assembly was broken on the door latch.
It's an easy replacement, about 1 hour to swap it out and put it back together. Can't remember how much it cost though. $60 seems to ring a bell.
Tear open your door panel and see if you have a fried sensor....
