Not much hope after that, anyway this was a chronic problem on these trucks and there are several TSB's on the issue, looks like they were done, replacing the mirrors and reprogramming were latest things I was aware of. Now that they spent 1k and the problem is still there how about a refund, you need to speak to some higher ups in that dealership!

What the dealership has said is he has a 2003 envoy, and it has the same thing, and he has replaced everything and it still does not work.
I'd make them all replace everything if it was covered under warreenty, but it is not, so I was hoping someone else had the same problem and got it to work.
As for the refund, the dealership advised it is all diagnostic progress on what is wrong with it, so the cost for the diagnose still exists. It is not like the brakes are worn and new pads fix it. They do not know why it is doing it, and can't fix it so they are trying different things.
I think I am just going to open up the mirror (it is the passenger mirror) and just cut the wire that powers it.
That way it does not move and I can still use my memory seats.
