hey my friend has a 95 accord ex 4 door with a bad compresor. she got it quoted for 600$ to be replaced, but when i looked under the hood it didnt have a belt around the pulley. I dont know the whole story but i think the compressor locked up and the shop took the belt off of the compressor pulley b/c it was causing engine trouble. any ways i told her i could probably change it which model # compressor should i get and whats the process?
-from the looks of it, it looks quite easy, like remove the radiator or alternator, and it looks like that would give u enough space to work.
- then vacuum and recharge the system of course
