The washer nozzles should be just heald on with clips on the under side of the hood. Pull the tubes off, pop the clips off, then they should come right out. Sometimes its easier to replace them then unplug them. Before going thru all that though take a sewing needle and and poke it in the holes where the fluid comes out. Alot of times they will plug up from wax or some such.

There is only one washer fluid bottle, the one in the engine bay. It has 2 pumps on it, one for front and one for back.

A little tip, the pump for the front washer sits lower then the one for the back. So if the fluid gets low enough the back wont work but the front will.
