This might be better in the main forum, not the WIP forum... unless you're about to post pics of said Barracuda

Basic rule of thumb? Never use a brush for anything unless you have to. Small engine parts, small chassis parts fine, but not interior or body. You can use a nice normal set of brushes, they don't have to be Tamiya or Testors or whatever, but the majority of your painting should be done with an airbrush or spraypaint. Brushes on large flat surfaces (the body, front seats, etc) leave stroke marks.
