Do you think this air intake will be that much better than the stock one to give me 5-8 extra HP as advertised?

I figured for 20bux shipped its worth a shot, but figured I'd get an opinion first.

It may go either way. Could be less or more or no change.
And sometimes 1-2 more HP if you are luckie.
The picture does not look like a complete kit just air filter and adapter.
Beware on that one.
