The reason I say No is because of the mileage. It's almost 4 years old and has the mileage on it for a 6-7 year old. I know I know Mileage isn't everything but, it's something to consider. Without knowing it's history or how it's been treated you may want to wait for something with a little less mileage. Heck Mine is 7 years old now and it only has 138000 Kilometers on it....

but, IMO the 03's just look a little different than the 99-01's. Can't put my finger on it just don't really like the look of those newer ones; I guess I'm just bias.
