Push the insert image button (looks like a little pic of mountains and a sun) above the reply box, it'll open a window that allows you to paste the location of the photo, and it'll place it in your post...
You pic has to be online, and addressed as a URL in order to work...if it's just some pic on your computer, you'll have to place it online someplace to post it, either on one of the many free online image and file server services, or in your personal photos here in your user profile, go to the user CP (control panel) at the top of this page, and select the option that allows you to put a pic in your gallery.
Then right click on the pic itself once it's there, and select "Properties", which will open a box that, among other things, includes the URL (address) of the pic. Left click and drag over the entire addy to hilight it, then right click inside the highlighted box and select "Copy"...
Go back to your post, and drop the addy by right clicking and "Paste" after clicking the "insert image" button where you want it in the post...
Clear as mud, huh? Frustrating, initially.
