Theoretically speaking if I had someone in Japan ship me piece by piece and fto (this was supposedly done with jeeps during ww1 and ww2) through the mail and putting it together in America I could avoid crash testing it for dot and if I’m correct you can spray paint farm use on the side I don’t have to worry about taxes or registering it and maybe insurance could that work at all do you think there is even a chance?
