If you lower a car too much on stock struts and shocks they will actually bottom out inside of themselves. They were designed to be used with stock springs, not springs that lower them so many inches. The only way to correct it would be to replace your struts and shocks with aftermarket ones designed for shorter springs or to put the factory springs back in... As for the pulling, that sounds like a broken tie rod to me. I'd have a professional give the suspension a shake down though to be certain.
