I agree and see no problems with at least the engine in its entirety. I know the MAF sensor is different on the throttle body bewteen a '99 and '97.

Which '97 model GP had the ugly a$% front end? Was it the SE only or was the GT in the same category. I know the GTP has the revised front end.

If I had a '97 with the ugly a$% front end I'd definitely swap that out.
