Hello everyone. I have a quick question. I took my car in for 60k maintenance Saturday, and there have been many more problems since I took it in than before. First off, they didn't bleed the antifreeze enough, so it overheated on me on the interstate. They say Neons and Intrepids are notorious for developing air pockets(is this true?).
They also replaced the tranny fluid, saying that there's a special fluid that has to be use(again, is this true? I've only had Nissans in my life, this is my family car

) They told me they used their own generic brand, which might be the problem. I've noticed that when slowing down, and the tranny downshifts to 2nd at app. 25mph it kind of jerks(By kind of jerks, it shakes the car). Any ideas what could have caused this?
I told the mechanics about this tranny problem when I took it in for the overheating. They said all they did was check fluid levels and everything looked fine. However, I'm sure it's not fine.
Any ideas what could cause the tranny problems? I need to know if I need to take the car back to them and raise hell.
Oh yeah, a little background about me. I'm a mechanic in the Navy, so I have a little experience, but not too much with cars. So if it's something little to do, I'm sure I could handle it.
