Unhappy HELP!!98 Dodge Neon SPORT DOHC; where are the timing marks

Hello friends, what's happening.? I recently bought a 98 dodge neon sport with a 2 L DOHC 4 cyl engine; it has 105k miles. I replaced the water pump since it went bad and forgot to make a mark on the cams as to their original position before removing the timing belt as well. It turns out the exhaut cam moved a bit as i was working on the water pump and I had great difficulty getting it timed back right again. By trial and error, I moved the exahust cam forward and back 1 tooth, then 2 teeth. Now it seems the engine is running excellent again, but the chech engine light came on 5 min into the test drive. Got it checked out at auto zone and the P1390 code says the cam could be off 1 or more teeth. I want to correct the mistake, but I don't know of any timing marks on the cams at all. I know the crankshaft and pulley have a mark for TDC, but the're are no dots on the cams just some stamped writing. Does that mean anything? How should I line things up on the cams and crankshaft assuming there might be some camshaft marks which I'm unaware of. I'd love to see any illustrations.
I'd owe you people one if you help me figure this one out
