as far as the next and final goes, from what i remember its not that far off, if you are upto that mission, i dont think there are many more maybe 1-2 that need to be completed after wards to get to the next island.

After that you go to the salvatore again , and he tels you that he'll give you money and everything , but only one more mission , you drive to some car around luigi's club , and as you get closer , asuka calls on your pager telling you that it's a set up and the car is a bomb , so you go to her and her friend , take the boat and go to the second island... I think so... I don't remember i finished the game a long long time ago
