Im assuming that p10s and 11s have the same shift cover setup.......Anyways, yeah you have to take off the trimming around the indicator, which i popped off with a flathead screwdriver.... then there are four screws that hold the indicator in place....its a little tricky, just make sure you dont drop any screws like i did

...i took the screws off the indicator so that I could move it around in order to get to the overdrive wires which you are supposed to attach to the new knob, you'll see what I mean when u cut the wires....
Azn...yeah the O/D button on this particular knob is on top
