Oops, sorry, I may have been a little unclear. When I said 10, I was refering to what the stock internals could handle,
given the proper tuning , which would consist of all the fuel system upgrades and proper spark upgrades. A stand alone fuel management system like a Hondata or the AEM EMS would also help keep your engine/turbo combo effeciently tuned, but they may be a bit of overkill depending on what you are looking to do.
