nothing as far as i know would bolt up directly to ur old mounts. i.e. u would need new motor/tranny mounts. and yes u would also need the 2.4 ecu to go along with it. and as far as the tranny....im not sure but it would be my guess as to say that u would need an auto tranny from another 2.4 to get it to match, i doubt ur 2.2 tranny would bolt on but maybe they make an adaptor or somthing of the sort. just do ur homework and research.....but in my opinion, its not worth it. i would just sell ur car for as much as u can get for it and try to find a car w/ a lil potential....
