Thanks for the good comments, it gives me a extra shot to push harder to make it even nicer ( oob ).
The only aftermarket parts are the decals, the rest is straight from the box build.
Now tamiya offers the oppertunity to build it with a white or with a clear cowl.
I used the clearcowl ( to see the engine
) and started to put on the decals.
As you can see the frontfork is also assembled.
I have to say that the reproductionmodels of tamiya are not like the originals, they have moreflash and less fittings.
But it's a fun kit to build, the studio27 decals are superb ( very thin and easy to use )
I still have a week vacation so it must be possible to finish this one this week
