Thanks for the advice. I have a little update to a situation.I've spent some 6 hours saturday trying to figure out what is wrong. Here what i've done already with no succes.Air filter is nice clean and dry,blow dry all the electrical connections although there was no water in them,cleaned all the grounds. Checked for spark , it's on all cylinders , but when i took spark plugs out i noticed that all of them on right bank (cyl 1,3,5 ) were nice and clean and the left bank (cyl 2,4,6) were all black.I cleaned them up put them back in and tried to start the truck , it starts after excessive cranking while depressing gas pedal but seems to be running like on 3 cylinders very shaky when kept over 1500 rpms any lover it dies.Next i crawled under the truck and noticed that left bank catalic was very hot and right was cold.So i thought the cat might be clogged or something ,removed a O2 sensor right after cat to check for the flow and started the truck again ,it run a little better without holding a gas pedal but still very rough and only on 250 rpm's.Another possible thing that i thought it might happen was the timing belt skipped .I took it apart and all the marks were perfectly align . I even drain some of the fuel from fuel tank to see if there is a water in it ,because i did put fuel just before it happend, but there was none. At this point i'm clueless what else could be done to troubleshoot this problem and I'm almost 100% sure that whole thing it's not related to the water pond i've crossed.I'ts just the coincidence ,something else causing it.
Please help me out here,othervise i have no choice , just to put it back together an tow it to a dealer.
