i was 190lbs, deadlifting 415. i could clean more than anyone in the entire school, even the fat guys. and i used nothing. your wrong. all you need to do is work hard when your in there. and by hard i mean when your done you have trouble starting your car because your arms are so tired.

now again, dont get me wrong, im not trying to say he shouldnt do that. just pointing out that he doesnt NEED to.
