No they had LSD before that as an option.


Drewfus2101 the 951 isn’t a drag car so your fighting an up hill battle, but if that’s what you want to do go to rennlist.com and search LS1 951. There’s a guy on their who built one. I think he sold it for like 30grand. I am surprised though that they told you to use the stock tranny The 951 has a trans axle tranny that doesn’t even like minor power adding you will go through CV's daily. The tranny its self MIGHT hold up though I guess. It would be a bitchin swap though. I saw the video of the guy from rennlist and its scary how fast it is. I wouldn’t even bother with F/I, first because there’s no room and two because I don’t think you realize how crazy fast the car will be with even a stock LS1. My last though is don’t waste your time trying to make it an all out drag car... you would be missing out on all the fun of owning a Porsche.
