I believe it's a specialty 12 pin connector designed for use with the optional CD changer. You should be able to find a converter at any stereo shop or eBay that will give you RCA inputs. Alternatively you could use an FM modulator, either broadcasting from your MP3 player or hard-wired, but you'll need the adaptors for the smaller GM antenna harness. Your local surplus shop or electronic discount store should have them for $2-3.
