dude thats how my car was LAST WEEK!! (i too have sportlines and agx) except i had a strip strut mount.
anyways here are some suggestions
try to twist it tighter instead of looser.. that can "break the seal" for the bolt to get it moving.
also heating them up with a torch helps cuz it contracts the metal making the bolt smaller and move freely.
