okay the problem with our car...is that the exhaust system looks like a freakin afterthought. its like GM wanted our car to run cutouts..
the exhaust pipe is so close to the body that they actually had to make a dent in the passanger side seat to fit a cat convertor.. i noticed that from the passenger side, the heat is really bad.. (From the exhaust) if you drive for maybe 1-2 hrs, and feel the passanger side seat..its really really hot.
i think thats the heat you're feeling, i also get the heat to the driver side too..thats prolly just straight through the firewall.
