I've started work on Revells new Corvette C6-Z06 kit. The inspiration came from one of my childrens hot-wheels cars. I really liked the look of the hood and roof in black and decided to borrow that scheme, and add to it.

I painted the car in Cobra Colors LeMans blue. The color found on the 50th Anniversary Z06 in 2003, and the black is Nero Osirus pearl, a Lamborghini pearl black. My version has the entire roof black, and i continued the color on to the rear deck, and it is also on the Subaru WRX wing that I thought looks good, and matches the rear window shape perfectly.

I'm planning on a fairly box-stock build. I will most likely fix the battery/sump area as Zoom-Zoom did on his build. And I will most likely use the kit wheels, but paint them light gunmetal.
