how to install the tail light is in the 2003 owner's manual page 8-39:
need to first remove the 2 fasteners; carefully push back the carpet; remove the 2 nuts and pull out the rear combination light cover; then rotate bulb(s) counterclockwise and pull out to remove [ie if wanting to replace, for instance, the tail/stop light]
