The guy in the new RSX commercial, where he is zipping through the country side, double clutches. The benefits of it are minor, in my opinion. It is supposed to get the syncros to spin in sync with the gears, so there is less strain on them. (i think thats why it is done) Once in awhile I try to do it, and I know some people who do it like it is normal. Hope that helps
